1. Scope of Application

(1) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all contracts between BeirootNG (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") for the supply of food and beverages.

(2) Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognised unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

(3) These Terms also apply to future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed again.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The order of food and beverages by the customer at the restaurant constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(2) The contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by the provider. Acceptance can also be implied by the preparation and handover of the food.

(3) For telephone or email orders for events and catering, the contract is concluded with the written or oral order confirmation by the provider.

3. Prices and Payment

(1) The prices displayed or communicated on the day of the order apply. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) including applicable taxes.

(2) Payment is generally made in cash when collecting at the restaurant. Card payment is accepted if indicated accordingly.

(3) For catering orders and events, different payment terms may be agreed. As a rule, a deposit of 30% is due when placing the order.

(4) The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. Contracts already concluded remain unaffected.

4. Delivery and Collection

(1) Food is prepared fresh to order. The provider endeavours to keep waiting times as short as possible.

(2) The customer is responsible for collecting the ordered food at the agreed time. If the customer fails to collect the food, the provider may charge for the food prepared.

(3) For catering orders, delivery times and locations will be agreed individually.

5. Quality and Allergens

(1) All food is prepared with the utmost care and in accordance with food safety standards.

(2) All products are 100% Halal certified.

(3) Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should inform the provider before ordering. The provider cannot guarantee that food is free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

6. Opening Hours and Location

(1) BeirootNG operates multiple branches across Kwara State and is open daily.

(2) Opening hours are Saturday: 11:00 - 20:00.

(3) The provider is entitled to change the location. Changes will be announced on the website.

(4) The provider reserves the right to close the restaurant on public holidays or due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond their control.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

(1) Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

(2) If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the food, they should inform the provider immediately. The provider will endeavour to resolve the issue.

(3) For catering orders, cancellation terms will be agreed individually at the time of booking.

8. Liability

(1) The provider is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by a negligent breach of duty or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the provider.

(2) The provider is not liable for damages that are not based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the provider or its legal representatives or vicarious agents.

(3) The provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.
